Ok so I was bummed when I weighed in today and it was only a pound. Then they told me that I actually lost 3 pounds of fat, but I gained 1 and a 1/2 pounds of water. That made me feel a little better. I think I messed up on counting calories this last week. I was trying to get to 700 and I kept going over by like, 20-30 calories. Plus I didn't drink as much water. SOOO this week I am going to make sure I drink loads of water. Plus I have permission from the knee doctor to use my exercise machine, so that should help.
The only thing I am worried about is Buffalo. When I go to the fair this weekend I am going to be surrounded by fried foods, and it's going to be tough to find something good to eat that won't screw me up. I have every intention to be good. I don't want to cheat. Buffalo is known for good food, but that also means fatty food. This is going to be kind of tough, but I'm pretty sure I can do this.
I'm not noticing anything different regarding the way my clothes fit. Most of the ones I have been wearing were already too big, because I bought them that way. I am looking forward to seeing a difference in the fit, because I can't notice the weight loss, so that will make me feel like I've made progress.
Why is it that every night when I come home from work I feel like I need a nap? The b12 shot is supposed to give me energy, but I feel like I could fall asleep! Of course I HAVE been staying up too late. Perhaps tonight I will try to go to bed early!

Well, a loss is a loss. I'm sure you'll do just fine in Buffalo, and if you don't....I won't tell anyone. Just pick back up when you get back, and it'll be fine. Good luck with your weekend.
