Ok. Here we go. On Thursday I'm starting a new weight loss plan. It's kind of radical to me, but I know it works because I know people who have done it. My attempt is to lose enough weight so that I feel good, or about 80 pounds. At the moment it's only Natalie that sees this blog, so she gets the fantastic privilege of hearing me complain about wanting chocolate and not being able to have any. She ALSO gets to hear about my weekly weight loss and how I'm doing with the Plan. Lucky Nat. :)
Until I get the hang of it, I'm mostly blogging for me. I want a place to record what I'm doing and how it's working. Eventually I will share with others. Hopefully this will be a good plan, and I will be able to record my weightloss success! I have three goals to accomplish with this weightloss: make my knees feel better, feel better about myself, and stop jiggling when I walk. I might as well add a fourth goal of not holding pillows in front of my fat rolls in pictures. No more double chin when I look down. No more wearing out the inner legs of my pants from my thighs rubbing together. I am at war with my blobby parts and I'm going to WIN!
